Forward anything to your private Evvery address.
Every account has a private Evvery email address. Forward a newsletter, a receipt, a confirmation, or a plan to it and Evvery takes it from there.
Getting started
- Find your address on the page or in Settings under Email Evvery. Copy it, or save it as a contact.
- Send from the email address on your Evvery account. Mail from any other address is ignored, so nobody else can send things into your account.
- Add a note above what you forward and Evvery does it: "save this for later", "add this to my calendar", "put this in my Reading space", or a question about the email.
What happens next
- The email is saved to your as a clean, readable copy with the tracking links and clutter removed. It's kept exactly as it arrived; make an editable copy if you want to work on it.
- It opens a chat, in your Email space or the space you named, where you can keep going.
- Evvery replies to your forward with a short note confirming what it did. Reply to that email to ask for anything else.
Good to know
- Without a note, Evvery only saves and summarizes. It won't add events or reminders on its own, so nothing hidden in a forwarded email can act on your account.
- Everyday documents and images attached to the email are saved too. Programs and other risky file types are skipped.
- If your address ever gets out, get a new one in Settings. The old one stops working right away.
