Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Evvery, LLC (“Evvery,” “we,” “us”) and govern your use of Evvery. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Evvery.

The service

Evvery is a personal AI assistant. It can generate text, remember facts you share, and — when you connect Gmail or Google Calendar — read your data and take actions you request, such as drafting an email or creating a calendar event. AI output can be inaccurate; review anything important before relying on it, and confirm any action taken on your behalf.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Evvery.

Your content

You own the content you create and the data in your connected accounts. You grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service on your behalf — for example, sending your messages to our AI provider to generate responses, or accessing a connected service to complete a task you request. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Evvery for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
• Don’t use Evvery to access data you’re not authorized to access.

Disclaimers

Evvery is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evvery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using Evvery and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
