Privacy Policy

Evvery, LLC (“Evvery,” “we,” “us”) is a personal AI assistant that helps you organize your life across “Spaces” and, when you choose to connect them, your Google services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email bobby@evvery.app.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile photo, from sign-up or Google sign-in.
• Content you create — your Spaces, chats, memories, instructions, and any files you upload.
• Connected Google data — if you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or Google Drive, Evvery accesses the messages, events, and files needed to answer your requests and take actions you ask for (such as drafting an email, creating an event, or making a doc).
• Basic usage data — logs needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To provide and personalize the assistant and its responses.
• To carry out actions you request through connected services (e.g. reading your calendar, searching your inbox, drafting an email).
• To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the service.

Your chat content is sent to AI model providers through the Vercel AI Gateway to generate responses. Every request Evvery makes carries the Gateway’s no-prompt-training setting, so it is only routed to providers contractually committed not to train on it; if no such provider can serve a request, the request fails rather than falling back to one that would. We do not sell your personal information, and neither we nor our providers use your content or connected-service data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models.

Google user data & Limited Use

Evvery’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only access your Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Drive data to provide and improve user-facing features that are prominent in Evvery.
• We do not transfer this data to others except as necessary to provide those features, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
• We do not use this data for advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you give specific consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
• We do not use your Google Workspace data — raw, aggregated, or derived — to train, develop, or improve generalized AI or ML models, and we do not transfer it to any third party that would.

You control which services are connected and which Spaces can use them, and you can disconnect any service at any time in Settings → Connections. Disconnecting revokes Evvery’s access and deletes the stored tokens.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual chats, memories, and files at any time, disconnect any service, or delete your entire account from Settings — which permanently removes your Spaces, chats, memories, files, and connection tokens.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of processors to run Evvery:

• Vercel — hosting and the AI Gateway.
• Neon — database.
• Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI — the AI models that generate responses and transcribe dictation, reached only through the Vercel AI Gateway under its no-prompt-training routing.
• Google — sign-in and, if you connect them, Gmail, Calendar, and Drive.
• Perplexity — the web search behind the optional search toggle, reached through the Vercel AI Gateway under the same no-prompt-training routing as our AI models.
• Resend — transactional email (sign-in and account mail).
• Vercel Blob — storage for files you upload.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
